1. No Refund Policy
My Med Assistant offers a free plan that allows you to evaluate the service before purchasing. Because of this, we generally do not offer refunds on subscription payments.
Exceptions may be considered only in cases of significant technical failures on our side that completely prevented you from using the service for the entire billing period. Such requests are evaluated individually.
2. Subscription Payments Are Non-Refundable
Once a subscription payment is processed, it is non-refundable except in the exceptional circumstances described in section 1. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges — you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
3. Crypto Payments (NowPayments)
Subscriptions purchased via cryptocurrency (USDT, ETH, BTC, TON, or other supported coins) are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. Please ensure you are satisfied with our service before making a crypto payment.
We recommend using the free plan first to evaluate the service before committing to a crypto payment.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will not be charged again, and your access continues until the period ends.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you qualify for an exception under section 1, please contact us at the address below.
5. Gift Codes
Gift codes are non-refundable once activated. Unused gift codes may be considered for a refund in exceptional cases — please contact us with proof of purchase.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@mymedassistant.health with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include:
- The email address associated with your account.
- The date of your purchase.
- A brief description of the issue (optional but helpful).
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
